I have tried to get someone on the phone but no one would answer.The recording does not say that everyone takes an hour lunch!

I've been on hold for over 30 minutes to no avail. I am trying to find out if my order was even processed! Cannot get a live person to tell me anything! I placed an order on July 30, 2009.

I also placed an order for my mother on the same phone call.

She received her order on August 3 and I have received nothing.I'm just trying to find out where my order is.

Monetary Loss: $75.
