I purchased the Kymaro and exchanged it for a different size. I returned getting a tracking number just like they advise.
The only number that is reachable is the 800 number to order the Kymaro. The 888 customer service number either rings with no recording or sends you in loops and represenattive never answers. Today is Nov. 2, 2009 I waited on hold for 52 minutes before I had to hang up.
This is the 3rd time trying to reach this company.
They are going to force me to call my bank and reverse the charges for a product that I did not receive. This is ver poor customer service.
